The proposed work located on I-10 (from I-19 to Valencia Road) and I-19 (from I-10 to approximately San Xavier Road) within the City of Tucson consisted of constructing a freeway management system (FMS) that included dynamic message signs (DMS), closed circuit television (CCTV) cameras, traffic count stations, traffic interchange signal interconnections, fiber optic cable, and the associated communications system.
